We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Immediate Joiner Preferred Department: HR & Admin Qualification: Minimum Graduate Experience: Minimum 6+ years in HR CTC: Up to 4 LPAWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced HRBP to drive HR initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Key Responsibilities• Identify training needs & design training calendars• Manage training budgets, execution & effectiveness tracking• Plan & implement HR engagement activities & company events• Organize festival celebrations & employee gatherings• Manage employee Mediclaim renewals & staff queries• Prepare Pulse MIS reports for management insights• Collaborate with ISO team to update processes, policies & SOPs• Set up and monitor Pan-India training tracking systems Required Skills Strong communication & leadership Exposure to HR best practices Proficiency in PPT & Excel Excellent presentation & time management skills If you're ready to contribute to building an engaging and high-performing workplace, we'd love to hear from you!
