Human Resources Consultant / Hr Consultant

Plan and execute HR and management projects. Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and scope. Participate in various projects, including process streamlining, job redesign, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training.

Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss project updates and address issues. Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion. Follow up with potential customers Participate in marketing campaigns Job Requirements Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective client communication.
