We’re building something great—and we need your help to do it. As a foundational member of our newly forming Human Resources team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our people strategy to life and helping shape HR programs as they continue to take form. We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-driven Human Resources Generalist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, bring ideas to life, and help build and refine people programs from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer letters, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs that make every new hire feel like part of the team from day one.
- Support key talent initiatives including performance enablement, workforce planning, and succession development.
- Drive programs that boost engagement, wellbeing, and a strong sense of inclusion.
- Partner with your fellow Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day employee relations support, coaching, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate on cross-functional Human Resources projects to continuously improve how we work and serve our people.
Who You Are
- You bring 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, especially in recruitment and onboarding.
- You’re detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big picture.
- You understand how to develop talent and love seeing people grow.
- You’re emotionally intelligent, approachable, and build trust easily.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and see challenges as opportunities to innovate.
- You’re excited by the idea of helping build Human Resources from the ground up; processes, programs, and all.
