Join us as we redefine the future of online shopping. ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Intern, you will work closely with our People & Culture to support our high-growth environment. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the "ins and outs" of a fast-paced startup.Recruitment: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to help us find the best talent.Onboarding: Help create a seamless "Day 1" experience for new team members.Culture: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help organize team-building activities.Operations: Support daily HR administrative tasks and maintain digital employee records.

QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the AI/E-commerce startup ecosystem.Available for a full-time 3-6 month internship - possibility of FTE conversion is included.
