At Buycement, we are expanding and looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can take charge of end-to-end HR operations and grow with us.
About the Role• Manage HR for a close-knit team of 20 employees and expanding• Drive 360 recruitment & talent acquisition• Build and implement HR policies & systems from scratch• Lead employee engagement & performance management• Ensure statutory compliance & HR processes
Who We're Looking For• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (360 hiring)• Someone who enjoys ownership & building systems• Practical, execution-focused HR professional• Comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad• Immediate / short notice candidates preferred
Compensation: 6-10 LPA (based on experience) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
