Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development initiatives. The role involves implementing HR policies, designing strategies to enhance employee engagement, maintaining records, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
The role also requires the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
