Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Thane (Near Railway Station)
Overview: We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations and placement activities within the IT and EdTech domain. The role requires strong leadership, recruitment expertise, and experience in college coordination and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:Manage complete HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and retentionCoordinate placements, interviews, and follow-ups with companiesPlan and conduct seminars, workshops, and college outreach programsHandle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordinationResolve employee concerns and ensure a positive work environmentLead and guide the HR and placement teamImplement HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:3-5 years of HR experience (IT/EdTech preferred)Strong team management and leadership skillsKnowledge of HR operations, compliance, and placementsExcellent communication and multitasking ability
