Job Description
Responsibilities:Carry out end-to-end implementation tasks, including system setup, configuration, testing, and client training.Follow established SOPs and maintain accurate documentation such as Service Notes and CRM updates.Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Support teams to resolve issues and contribute feedback for process improvement.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality implementations, timely support, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Report progress and any challenges to the Team Lead for escalation and guidance.Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.Support implementation efforts in international markets as assigned.Learn and develop knowledge of multiple company products to effectively manage and implement projects across different product lines. Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related technical field.At least 1 year of IT desktop, technical support, or a similar technical role experience preferred.Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.
