As our regional footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Import Specialist to join our team and become part of our next generation of Jet Forces. Position:Import SpecialistWhat Will You DoHandle the full import process (A–Z) from China, from supplier sourcing to final goods delivery.Communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers regarding: pricing, lead time, payment terms, shipment schedulesPrepare and verify all import documentation, including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Import permitsExperience managing product compliance and distribution permits, including SNI, K3L, BPOM or other relevant regulatory approvals required for imported productEnsure proper HS Code classification for all imported goods.Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.Monitor customs clearance process and ensure timely release of goods.Manage import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.Track shipment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Calculate landed cost and maintain import cost efficiency.Resolve shipment issues such as delays, discrepancies, or customs problems.Maintain complete and accurate import records for audit purposes.

RequirementCandidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.Fluent in English and MandarinMinimum 3 years of experience in import handling or international procurement.Strong knowledge of: HS Code, customs clearance, import regulations, international shipping documents, IncotermsProven experience handling end-to-end import operations independentlyStrong negotiation and vendor management skillsExperience dealing with suppliers from China
