About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present custom bath solutions that fit their needs and vision. This is a high-energy outside sales role where you’ll leverage cutting-edge technology to deliver an engaging, consultative sales experience. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential—top performers earn $100,000+ annually.

What You’ll Do Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based system Design customized bath solutions using easy-to-use digital tools

Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through product selections Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently Participate in weekly sales training to enhance performance and skills

Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed What We’re Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Previous in-home sales experience preferred (home improvement/remodeling a plus) Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking confidently in customer homes Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment Outgoing and professional personality with strong closing ability Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
