In-House Recruiter
A confidential company is seeking a creative and thoughtful recruiter to help build their team of exceptional people. The individual will join a close-knit group of in-house talent professionals who are responsible for hiring across a wide variety of functions and levels.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and developing strong talent pipelines and evaluating candidates as part of a comprehensive interview process to support hiring needs
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through high-touch support and proactive communication
- Managing administrative tasks including scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and reconciling team expenses
- Assisting with special projects such as conducting market research, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and establishing external partnerships
Requirements: impeccable communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work are a must. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
This is a full-time position based in the firm’s office in New York City with a starting salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
