Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to introduce smart home technology solutions
• Educate potential customers on products such as security systems, automation devices, and energy-efficient upgrades
• Build rapport, handle objections, and confidently present solutions
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Track leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Continuously learn product knowledge and sales techniques

Qualifications:

• Recent high school graduate, college student, or recent graduate
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive mindset with a competitive edge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people daily
• No prior sales experience required (training provided)
