Infectious Disease Physician

Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - ongoing
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 14
• Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
  • some night call during the week
  • 24-hr call with rounding on weekends

Clinical Details:

• Call: In-House and Telephone
  • Calls may concern patients in the emergency department or admitted to the hospital, and calls may come from patients established with the practice
    • RNs serve as first point of contact for these patients
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Triage service staffed by RNs, APP/Mid-level coverage available
• Addressing new consults and following up on inpatient
• Trauma level 1

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• DEA Required
• State Licensure: Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum availability of 1 full week
