Job Description:Identify, prospect, and hunt new customers through active canvassing and networkingGenerate and qualify leads for IT solutions (HRIS, IT Security, Cloud, and other software products)Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demosUnderstand the client's business needs and propose suitable IT solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales coordinationPrepare sales proposals, quotations, and contractsCollaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignmentAchieve individual and team sales targetsMaintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports Job Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales / IT Business Consulting Proven experience selling IT solutions such as HRIS, IT Security, Cloud, or similar software products Strong experience in new customer acquisition, hunting, and canvassing Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Good understanding of B2B sales processes Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to join immediately, placement in South Jakarta
