Information Technology Specialist

Overview

Our client, a leading provider of kiosk technology solutions, is hiring a Part-Time Technician Support Specialist to support their airport kiosks in San Francisco International Airport. This is a 12-month role with an expected 22 hours per week (18 hours onsite + 4 hours weekend on-call onsite). Airport parking is reimbursed, and weekend on-call hours are guaranteed pay.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of airport kiosks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with Level 3 Support Teams in Canada and Atlanta, and act as a professional liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Follow established playbooks and checklists for diagnostics, while providing training and guidance to customers when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on hardware support experience.
• Strong understanding of PC networking and protocols (TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS), and proficiency in Office 365 with working knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to professionally represent the company onsite and work proactively with accountability.
