Role: IT Support Operations Engineer

Location: Chicago (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

Base pay Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

What you’ll be the go-to expert for

Day-to-day IT support (primarily Mac)

Hardware lifecycle management (procurement, setup, logistics)

Jamf and Okta management across our systems

Onboarding, AV, and hybrid office tech coordination

What you’ll need

3–5+ years in IT support or TechOps

Familiarity with Jamf and Okta

Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
