Information Technology Support Specialist

Veterans United Solutions LLC is hiring Information Technology (IT) specialists to provide on‑site technical support and maintain fourteen Distributed Learning (DL) classrooms across California.

IT Specialists will provide access to resources for California Army National Guard soldiers, including computers, software, printers, and general office supplies. They will also troubleshoot, maintain, configure, and repair all IT equipment in the classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for DL classroom resources.
• Configure, maintain, and repair IT equipment.
• Ensure secure and reliable access for National Guard soldiers.

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
• Department of Defense (DoD) secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or an Engineering related field.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis.

Desired Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in a lead capacity.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
