Position: Manager - Inside Sales

Job Location: Role based out of Pune/ Mumbai

Experience: Preferable to have minimum of immediate last 3 years of experience in cyber security business market + Must have 5 years in Inside Sales

Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Job Description:

• This role will lead and deliver end-to-end sales for cybersecurity services. The role requires strong coordination, technical understanding of cybersecurity services, and excellent understanding skills to handle the specific regional sector customers.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships, drive order intake and revenue growth.
• Articulate the value of our enterprise products/services to executive level within each customer’s organization structure.
• Independently drive the entire inside sales cycle from cold call to customer acquisition.
• Know about the cyber security services.
• Have to be innovative & experience in cyber security pitch to CxO employees.
• Commit oriented attitude towards achieving the defined target.
• Proven track record for meeting inside sales call targets.
• Should have experience in delivering high quality flamboyant presentations to customers.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment, with effective communication skills for interacting with people at all levels.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity services such as Web App / Source Code Review / PCI DSS / Security Assessments / Regulatory Audits / OT Security Gap Assessment / 62443 Certification / Red Team / TPRA / NIS2 / DPDA / AIMS / Certifications / Audits Etc.
• Must have handled at least 30-40 cybersecurity services enquiries in last 3 years in this mentioned regional sector.

• Well communication is delivering presentation to customers.
• Highest level of collaboration required to be part of team.
• Take full responsibility of customer management from penetration to grow.
• Must be committed & responsibility-oriented individual.
