Interim Finance Assistant / BookkeeperLocation: On-site, 5 days per weekContract: 3-6 monthsSalary: £27,000-£30,000We are looking for a friendly and reliable Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper to join a busy finance team on an interim basis for 3-6 months.This is a varied role supporting day to day finance operations, including bookkeeping duties and payroll data input. This is a hands on role suited to someone with strong transactional finance experienceKey Responsibilities:Managing bookkeeping and finance administration tasksAssisting with payroll data input and processing supportManaging purchase and sales ledger activitiesInvoices, bank reconciliations and cash allocationProcessing invoices and supplier paymentsAssisting with payroll data input and payroll administrationSupporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and reportingMaintaining accurate financial records on XeroIdeal Candidate:Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or Bookkeeping roleXero experience preferredAAT qualified or studying preferredFriendly personality with a proactive approachStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
