Position: Designer

Location: Mumbai Studio

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design & Spatial Analysis: Develop innovative and functional design concepts, considering spatial requirements and user experience.
• Technical Services Design: Create technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
• Décor & Styling: Curate aesthetically pleasing interiors, selecting appropriate furniture, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the space.
• Project Supervision & Coordination: Oversee project execution, liaising with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Project Planning, Scheduling, and Certification: Develop project plans, manage schedules, and facilitate necessary certifications and approvals.
• Experienced Drafting:Proficient in drafting tools and techniques to translate design concepts into detailed drawings accurately.

Candidate Attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Profound knowledge of furniture systems and finishes, staying updated with industry trends.
• Strong understanding of space planning principles, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
• Creativity and Innovativeness: Demonstrate a flair for creative problem-solving and innovative design solutions.
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
• Design Sensibility: Possess a keen eye for design aesthetics, color theory, and spatial awareness.
• Interest in Changing Trends: Stay abreast of evolving design trends and incorporate them into projects where relevant.
• Experience:
• For Designer: Minimum 6 years of relevant interior design experience, with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
