Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer at our Chennai location. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, developing creative and functional interior concepts, preparing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), and collaborating with clients and team members to deliver innovative design solutions. The role also entails ensuring that projects are executed within specified timelines and budgets while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design concepts
• Experience in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
• Strong knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and sourcing
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate in a team environment
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is mandatory
• Experience in high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects is an advantage
