Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries across calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Support the onboarding process and guide customers through products/services
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM/tools
- Monitor customer feedback and highlight recurring concerns or trends
- Assist in improving customer journeys and experience processes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups
- Help create and update support materials such as FAQs and guides
