Key ResponsibilitiesDesign AI prompts to code survey data automatically, generate significance-tested tables and run correlation and segment analysesUse AI to perform: Thematic coding & sentiment analysis and identify pain points and key insights and generate summaries and thematic mapsDevelop prompt templates for consistent analysisCreate reusable prompt templates for repeat useCompare AI vs manual coding for accuracy and efficiencyResearch on story telling templates for presentationExplore analytic tools for dashboard & visualisationBuild guideline for AI-driven quant researchResearch on how to increase response rate for research studyResearch on tools that research companies are using Candidate ProfileStrong analytical foundation to support survey data preparation and analysis, including coding responses, basic segmentation, correlations, and result interpretation.Hands-on interest in applying AI and analytics tools to automate research tasks such as table generation, open-text coding, summarisation, and prompt design.Ability to analyse open-ended feedback and interview transcripts, identify key themes and sentiment, and distil findings into clear insights.Comfortable translating data and findings into simple visuals, summaries, and structured outputs to support reporting and presentations.Background in relevant fields of study such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related quantitative / social science disciplines.
