Job Overview
The Department of Internal Medicine in partnership with International Operations at Cleveland Clinic is seeking board certified/eligible Internal Medicine Physicians for a Cleveland Clinic International Project. Team‑based care will involve embedded Physical Therapists, Emergency Physicians, Nurses, and International Logistics Officers. Board certification and eligibility for licensure in Ohio are required.

Responsibilities
- Positions will require relocation to the Middle East.
- Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Achieve timely and accurate completion of required documentation pertaining to patient records.
- Educate and communicate with patients, their families/caregivers, and staff to coordinate care.
- Provide support to all activities associated with meeting regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
- Develop collaborative relationships across the continuum of care.
- Participate in academic programs as requested.
- Work in an international location providing outstanding preventative, acute, and chronic disease care for adults in a patient‑focused environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Licensure
Graduate from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathic medicine.
Licensure as an M.D. or D.O., board eligibility/certification in a medical specialty.
Eligibility for licensure in Ohio required.
Experience & Requirements
Prepared to be available at all hours based on patient/staffing needs. Able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actions within the confines of the medical staff code of conduct.
Physical requirements: frequent sitting, standing, walking, and computer entry. Occasionally lifts/moves patients and carries items up to 25 pounds. Normal or corrected vision, hearing, and speech.
Personal protective equipment: follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Medical staff approval: provides clinical knowledge, expertise, and medical consulting to patients, families, and community.
Salary & Benefits
Minimum salary: $251,000
Maximum salary: $359,719
The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE.
This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.
