💰 Compensation

Base Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Performance Incentives: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (tied to patient outcomes and program growth) Total Earning Potential: ₹2,30,000 – ₹3,20,000 per month

This is significantly above the Kerala private hospital average for MD Physicians

About DermaVue

DermaVue is a physician-owned dermatology and aesthetic network with 7 clinics across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We are expanding into metabolic health, weight management, and longevity — and we need a senior MD General Medicine physician to lead this program.

Who We Want

• MD / DNB in General Medicine
• Valid Medical Council registration
• 2+ years post-MD clinical experience
• Interest in metabolic health, diabetes, obesity, PCOD, fatty liver management
• Comfortable with evidence-based prescribing and lab-driven clinical decisions
• English fluency required. Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or other regional language proficiency is a strong plus

What You Will Do

• Consult patients for weight management, diabetes, PCOD, fatty liver, thyroid, and general metabolic health
• Interpret labs (HbA1c, HOMA-IR, lipid panel, LFT, thyroid, vitamins) and create personalized treatment plans
• Use GLP-1 therapy (Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), metformin, statins, and other standard agents as clinically indicated
• Conduct in-clinic consultations in Kochi, Thiruvalla, or Kottayam
• Conduct online consultations for patients across India and NRI patients
• Work with our dietitian and support team to deliver integrated care
• Help build our Longevity and Preventive Health vertical
