A large, well-supported healthcare system in Southern California s High Desert region is seeking Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for outpatient locum coverage due to increased patient demand.

This opportunity offers immediate impact, strong clinical support, and long-term extension potential.

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care
• No OB
• No call
• Monday Friday schedule
• Approximately 23 patients per day
• Visits up to 20 minutes

• Established multi-specialty group with 20+ physicians
• Strong clinical support: 15+ MAs/LVNs
• Dedicated front office, referrals, medical records, and call center teams
• On-site translators available (Spanish preferred but not required)

This is a high-volume setting with strong infrastructure, allowing physicians to focus on patient care without administrative burden.

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California license (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA and BLS required
