Job Description
Adecco is seeking an Internal Recruiter to support local Branch operations in Crown Point, IN. This position will start as a temp to hire, with a pathway to convert to a permanent Adecco colleague role based on performance and business needs.
The Internal Recruiter plays a critical role in delivering world‑class talent solutions by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates for our client workforce. This role will pay $20.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of light industrial, clerical, and professional roles
Conduct candidate interviews (in‑person and virtual) and assess job fit
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruiting systems
Coordinate onboarding activities including new hire paperwork, I‑9 compliance, and orientation
Partner closely with Branch leadership and sales teams to understand client hiring needs
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement
Ensure compliance with Adecco policies, client requirements, and employment laws
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred (internal or agency)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Customer service mindset with a passion for helping people find work

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
