Why do we need you ?
In this role, the Inventory Administrative Support Coordinator safely discards hazardous waste products while coordinating with applicable vendors. The Inventory Administrative Support Coordinator adjusts inventory counts to remove damaged and/or expired product from inventory. This role supports the inventory control team by completing cycle counts, investigates misplaced product and resolves inventory discrepancies.
Esential Functions
* Review of expired and damaged products to be repackaged, donated, or destroyed in hazardous waste. * Coordinates distribution of expired and damaged products to applicable vendors. * Document and follow record retention policy for expired/damaged products. * Adjust inventory counts to remove expired/damaged product from inventory. * Ensure expiration date on product is correct. * Order supplies for repackaging and labelling items that may have been damaged. * Repackage, relabel, and restock product in bin locations throughout the warehouse. * Accurately and safely move, pick and pack products using voice pick and/or radio frequency equipment to assist photography department. * Completing equipment inspections daily and documenting findings on touch-screen located on equipment. * Maintaining the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion ensuring that product can be efficiently picked. * Operates Jungheinrich material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner following the prescribed work methods. * Performs gratis consolidation, empty bin checks and assists with completion of special projects. * Performs cycle counts in support of the inventory control department as needed. * Investigates misplaced product and resolves discrepancies.
Follow the Saint-Gobain Golden rules of Safety and all OSHA standards, reporting all concerns to the Supervisor. * Must wear all required PPE and follow company entanglement policy

High School Diploma or GED
Or 1+ years of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting in lieu of
Ability to pass OSHA-approved Jungheinrich material handling equipment certification-2 weeks
Ability to safely operate the following powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment:
Tugger (TR) within 30 days
Rider Reach Forklift (RR) within 30 days
Ability to safely operate the following powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment:
Stock Picker (SP) within 30 days
Hazardous Waste Certification within 30 days
RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) Certification within 30 days
