The OpportunityWe are looking for a dedicated Investment Associate to become an integral part of our close-knit investment team. This role offers hands-on involvement across the entire investment lifecycle, giving you direct exposure to a diverse portfolio spanning public equities, fixed income (bonds and securities), investment funds, and direct private assets. As one of the first team members to join the venture, you will have the opportunity to build a wide range of portfolio from the start.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:Performing comprehensive investment analysis and rigorous due diligence on new opportunities.Developing and maintaining detailed financial models to support valuation and investment decisions.Actively monitoring the existing portfolio, preparing performance analytics, and providing insights to the principals.Contributing to market research and thematic deep dives to inform our asset allocation strategy.Supporting the operational aspects of the investment process, including trade execution and liaising with external partners such as custodians and fund administrators.

The Ideal Candidate:Experience: You have 3 to 5 years of experience from an asset management firm, another family office, or an operations management role within the financial sector.Multi-Asset Acumen: You have demonstrable experience across multiple asset classes. A strong appreciation for the role of fixed income and securities within a balanced portfolio is highly valued.Practical Mindset: You possess a practical, end-to-end understanding of the investment lifecycle, from analysis and execution to settlement and reporting.Analytical & Collaborative: You're a thoughtful, analytical thinker guided by fundamental principles. You thrive in a collaborative team where open discussion is valued.Integrity: You have unquestionable integrity and discretion, essential for a private family office environment.
