IT Infrastructure Junior Engineer

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, preferably in banking/financial servicesStrong understanding of on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)Experience with Kubernetes (production), Docker, and microservices architectureProficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)Familiar with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)Solid system administration skills (Linux & Windows Server) with scripting (Bash/Python)Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM)Good understanding of SLA management, security standards, and regulatory complianceResponsibilities:Manage and ensure availability, stability, and security of IT infrastructure (≥99.9% uptime)Plan and optimize infrastructure capacity, performance, and cost efficiencyDesign and implement secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with business and regulatory requirementsManage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments in productionDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)Implement monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysisEnsure data backup, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity complianceSupport infrastructure integration across systems and data center/VM migration activitiesIdentify and mitigate infrastructure-related risks in line with governance standards
