IT Manager

Our client, a leading firm in the Legal sector is seeking an IT Manager to join them, providing a high-level of technical support and IT oversight across their offices.A knowledgeable IT Manager is required to join our client, a leading business in the Legal field who is looking for a strong technical candidate to oversee their IT and technical systems across a number of offices, managing all infrastructure and related technical support.The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of IT systems and software and be competent working on an independent basis, confident working closely with colleagues of all levels across the firm. You will ideally have proven experience in leading IT projects along with overseeing day-to-day IT support.This role will require travel to other offices on a regular basis.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for any IT-related questions or queriesManage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising qualityMonitor systems for potential threatsMaintain and support the firm's Case Management System - Partner for Windows (Tikit)Take the lead on all projectsLiaise with and manage third party vendor relationships, including software and hardware suppliersOversee and manage the firm's IT systems and softwareProvide a high-level of technical supportKey Experience:Minimum of 4-5 years' technical knowledge and experience, confident working on a range of systems and software on both a day-to-day and project basisExperience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, Hyper-V, SQL Server, Sophos VPNExperience within a professional services or Legal environment would be advantageousSolid understanding of networks, servers, cloud solutions and cyber security protocolsExcellent troubleshooting skillsOrganised, confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues of all levelsThis is an excellent opportunity for an IT Manager to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field.This is the ideal role for an experienced IT Leader or someone who is looking to make the next step up in their career.CVs are being reviewed, so please apply now for immediate consideration.
