• Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
• Document Management System (DMS)
• Service Desk Plus (SDP)
• Service Management Systems (SMS)
• Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS)
• Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
• Provisioning systems, Billing systems, Business Support Systems, Operating Support Systems, Decision Support Systems, etc.

Job Description

Required work activities:

• Creating a strategy for the sales of information systems and applications of ATIA Ltd
• Creating a strategy for the marketing of information systems and applications of ATIA Ltd
• The discovery of new potential customers
• Creating new offers for existing or new customers
• Constant communication with the management of ATIA Ltd

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales activities
• Good knowledge of information systems including: ERP, CRM, LMS, DMS, SDP, etc.
• Previous work in ICT industry is an advantage
• BSc or MSc diploma in ICT is an advantage
