What You'll DoAs a Full Stack Developer & Power Platform Engineer you will design, build, and enhance applications that support BCG's internal business operations. You'll work hands-on across front-end, back-end, and integration layers while contributing to solution architecture and ensuring alignment with BCG's technology standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain full stack applications using .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, and Power Platform applicationsDevelop scalable and secure backend services and responsive front-end interfacesBuild and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseIntegrate Power Platform solutions with custom services and enterprise APIsTranslate business requirements into technical designs considering scalability, performance, and maintainabilityContribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and technical documentationImplement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflowsWork with Azure cloud, containers, and serverless componentsCollaborate closely with product owners, UX, analysts, and engineering teams in Agile sprintsSupport production environments with root-cause analysis and continuous improvementYou're good atDesigning clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeBalancing hands-on development with architectural thinkingCommunicating complex technical topics clearlyUnderstanding business processes and translating them into technical solutionsDocumenting systems and solutions thoroughly

What You'll Bring7-10+ years of experience in full stack engineeringStrong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React or AngularHands-on experience with Power Platform and DataverseUnderstanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and cloud architectureExperience with Azure cloud services and microservices patternsKnowledge of SQL and familiarity with NoSQLCI/CD, Git-based workflows, and automation experienceStrong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
