IT Support cum Admin Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support cum Admin Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day IT infrastructure along with general administration responsibilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and operational coordination to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support (Primary Responsibility)
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Handle user onboarding & offboarding (system setup, email IDs, access control)
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/Wi-Fi networks, VPN, and internet connectivity
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT assets, AMC, and troubleshooting
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
- Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus compliance
- Support basic tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, ERP systems, etc.
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration and facility management
- Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services
- Handle office supplies, asset procurement, and inventory management
- Ensure workplace readiness (seating, meeting rooms, infrastructure)
- Coordinate travel bookings, courier services, and general office logistics
- Monitor office expenses and maintain admin budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety and office policies
Key Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in IT Support + Administration role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking basics, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Office 365/Google Workspace
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and handle both IT and admin responsibilities independently
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to IT asset management tools or ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of network security and access controls
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
