As an integral member of the Corporate Technology Services team, you will handle inquiries and resolve issues for users across the organization. Your knowledge of various operating systems and tools will help facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing technical assistance. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on assistance for tech-related queries • Engage with users via in-person and digital channels • Set up and maintain technology for new hires • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems effectively • Document processes and maintain IT records
Requirements: • 2+ years in IT HelpDesk support roles • Strong familiarity with Apple and cloud-based tools • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Atlassian products • Understanding of scripting languages for troubleshooting • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
