You will play a key role in supporting users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and contributing to ongoing technical improvements and projects.
This role is a long term 3 year FTC. Location: OxfordSalary: £28,000 - £30,000Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support to staff and users across hardware, software, and network-related issuesInstall, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsSupport and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and core business applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues relating to networks, connectivity, printers, and user accountsAssist with IT projects, including system upgrades, device rollouts, and infrastructure improvementsMonitor and manage support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timescalesMaintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers, and user guides in line with best practiceKey RequirementsPrevious experience working in an IT support or IT Technician roleGood working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principlesExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user-related issuesStrong customer service and communication skills with a professional approachAbility to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests effectivelyA proactive, hands-on attitude with strong problem-solving skillsRelevant IT qualifications or certifications (desirable but not essential)BenefitsCompetitive salary packageGenerous holiday allowancePension schemeOpportunities for training and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative working environmentLong-term career progression opportunitiesHow to ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity and feel you have the skills and experience required, please apply with your CV today.
