Central Intermediate Unit 10 is seeking qualified candidates for an Itinerant Teacher of the Visually Impaired and Orientation & Mobility Specialist (Pk 12) position starting the 2026-2027 school year. This position follows a 185-day work calendar and provides instructional support to students across programs within the IU service region. Successful applicants will provide services and prescribed treatments, parent interviews, and consultations to staff and community agencies with respect to the needs of eligible children.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (Pk-12) required
• Credentialed Orientation & Mobility Specialist preferred
• Strong instructional and collaboration skills
• Ability to support diverse learners in multiple educational settings
• Willingness to travel between assigned locations
