Java Software Engineer

Overview

SII Group USA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop advanced Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems within a Flight Plan Management environment. You will contribute across the full lifecycle in a safety-critical, high-reliability system.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate system requirements into software solutions (HLR, SDD)
• Develop high-quality code (Java, C, C++, Python)
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices
• Design and execute unit and high-level tests
• Analyze and resolve defects
• Ensure traceability across requirements, code, and tests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Integration, V&V, QA)

Technical Environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience in backend or system-level development
