Job Title - Java Spring Boot Architect Experience - 14 - 18 years Key Skills - Java API, Spring Boot, AWS & Github Copilot Location - Greater Noida Work Mode- 5 days in a week from office Note: Only immediate-15 days joiners will be considered. We at Coforge are hiring a Java Spring Boot Architect with the following skillset: Identify technical debt across applications and infrastructure within the landscape. Create a structured framework to evaluate and prioritize technical debt items.

Develop remediation roadmaps in collaboration with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders. Support cost estimation and execution of technical debt remediation initiatives. Deliver solutions that align with the overall architecture roadmap and the client’s IT strategy.

Ensure compliance with established standards, design principles, and governance frameworks. Provide solution options with clear articulation of associated costs, benefits, and risks to support investment decisions. Collaborate with product owners, architects, platform teams, and project stakeholders to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.

Ensure the integrity of end-to-end solutions across platforms, including transition states leading to the target architecture. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Document any solution debt incurred during transition phases and plan for its resolution in subsequent phases.

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks. Participate in post-implementation reviews and provide actionable feedback to enhance future solution designs.
