JR District Manager
Position Summary
The District Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of multiple store locations within an assigned district. This role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while ensuring alignment with company values, policies, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership
- Set clear goals for store teams and drive accountability for results
- Develop organizational capability and foster a strong team culture
- Lead by example, modeling company values, integrity, and professionalism
- Support and guide store managers in executing company initiatives
- Identify operational challenges and provide coaching to improve performance
- Ensure consistent execution of standards across all locations
2. Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement district-level strategies to achieve business objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure accountability to action plans
- Manage staffing levels, talent development, and succession planning
- Communicate priorities clearly and effectively across all stores
- Ensure smooth and efficient district-wide operations
3. Business Operations
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to drive results
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with internal departments such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and company policies
- Gather and respond to customer feedback to improve service and experience
4. Team Development & Engagement
- Coach and develop store managers to achieve performance goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Build strong relationships with team members across the district
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
- Recognize and reward individual and team achievements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive retail management experience
- At least 3 years in a multi-unit or District Manager role (or equivalent)
- Strong experience analyzing financial and operational reports
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 per year
- PTO after 90 days
