This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their office career within a supportive and friendly working environment.Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for a motivated and organised individual eager to develop their administrative skills.The RoleAs a Junior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, helping to ensure the smooth running of office operations.Key responsibilities include:Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team membersSupporting simple scheduling tasks, including booking meeting rooms and arranging internal meetingsAssisting with the preparation of basic correspondence, forms, and spreadsheetsMaintaining organised electronic filing systems and ensuring documents are accurately storedProviding data-entry support, including updating internal databases and processing recordsMonitoring shared inboxes and escalating urgent messages where requiredSupporting the preparation of meeting materials, including printing and collating documentsProviding general administrative support to colleagues across departmentsAssisting with daily office duties, including sorting and distributing incoming postAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Good numeracy and literacy skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlinesClear and professional communication skillsA willingness to learn new systems and processesA positive, team-oriented attitudeBasic IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelThe ability to maintain confidentialityEducation & ExperienceGCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A-C / 4-9 (essential)Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applicationsNo previous administration experience required - full training providedAn eagerness to learn and develop within an office environmentWhat's on OfferSalary up to £26,500 depending on experience20 days holiday plus bank holidaysOption to purchase additional holidayFriendly and supportive office environmentFull training and development opportunities
