About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects while working closely with senior architects, consultants, and project teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a collaborative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and presentations.Prepare drawings, layouts, 3D models, and construction documentation.Support project coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision when required.Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.Assist in material selection, detailing, and preparation of BOQs.Work on revisions and modifications based on feedback from senior architects and clients.Maintain project documentation and design records.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).0-2 years of experience in architectural design or internships.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software.Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction processes.Strong creative, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Basic knowledge of local building regulations and codes is preferred.

Preferred SkillsKnowledge of 3D visualization and rendering tools.Strong presentation and drafting skills.Attention to detail and time management abilities.
