Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Junior Chartered Accountant. The role involves preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in audits and tax filings. Responsibilities also include supporting corporate governance initiatives, drafting financial reports, analyzing financial data, and offering corporate secretarial services.

The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting, and auditing principles
• Familiarity with company law, corporate compliance regulations, and governance procedures
• Proficiency in handling tax filings, compliance, and financial data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Relevant work experience in accounting/ audit/ Regulatory Filings & financial management is a must
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic on-site work environment
