Junior Civil Engineer (interior Fit Out)

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer with experience in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team. The role requires strong technical knowledge of interior materials, execution practices, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects, and will be responsible for end-to-end supervision, coordination, quality assurance, and progress monitoring of interior fit-out works.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and materials
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute interior works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with designers, MEP team, and subcontractors
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules and quality checklist
• Conduct quality checks and snagging inspections
• Verify material quality and specifications at site
• Take site measurements and support billing (RA bills)
• Ensure safety practices and proper site housekeeping
