Junior IT Project manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical ICT systems. You’ll play a vital role in project execution — coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring successful delivery of complex system implementations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating between infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.Lead and manage project activities including planning, progress tracking, and reporting.Present project updates and technical progress during monthly meetings with key stakeholders.Oversee engineering teams in reviewing, designing, and implementing new and existing systems.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and network failures.Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure schedule and technical alignment. What We’re Looking ForDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT project management or technical coordination.Strong understanding of IT system management and integration.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.Experience working with government processes or policies is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
