Responsibilities
- Research the market and customer, define the right strategy, and execute the plan.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, identify new business opportunities, and enable actual business growth.
- Review specific program requirements and lead the design-in stage of program development with cross-functional teams.
- Define the project plan/schedule, organize internal resources with cross-functional teams, and manage the project execution.
- Manage and execute sales processes such as pricing strategy, scheduling, design-in, forecasting, sales planning, and daily operations.
- Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status and deliver executive communications/presentations to drive decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Provide protocol/service support for customers (internal/external).
Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Excellent project management, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20% per year) and domestically.
