Job Description
The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for a designated client location. This role acts as a liaison throughout the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, delivering an exceptional candidate experience while meeting performance KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
The Onsite Recruiter partners closely with the client to understand hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and develop recruiting strategies that build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. This role is results-driven and focused on meeting volume, quality, and retention goals while providing outstanding customer service to both candidates and client stakeholders.
What You'll be doing:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open requisitions using Adecco recruiting tools and internet resources.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to anticipate future client hiring needs.
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Complete candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with Adecco and client requirements.
Communicate regularly with internal teams and client contacts regarding open requisitions, fulfillment progress, and attrition trends.
About You:
Experience in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume hiring preferred
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment with fluctuating hiring demands
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and recruiting tools
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
