Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Lab Operations Electrical Engineer (Level 2) OR Principal Lab Operations Electrical Engineer (Level 3) to join our team of qualified, and diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. Note: Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving laboratory effectiveness and innovation. You will contribute to the design and preparation of laboratory environments, assist in test planning, and coordinate testing schedules. Your expertise will ensure that test stations and assets are fully operational, as you will deploy software and configure hardware for optimal testing.

Collaboration will be key, as you work alongside Quality Assurance to validate and maintain test station integrity. Additionally, you will participate in test readiness reviews and integration events, ensuring rigorous standards are met.
