• Interview process includes phone screening followed by in-person interviewPosition Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Technologist to support Scientific Operations within the Phoenix Solution Preparation Department. This role is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, testing, and validating clinical and commercial products while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict laboratory procedures.Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience and educational background related to scientific or laboratory operations.Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products
• Operate laboratory and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure accurate batch preparation
• Assist with in-process testing to confirm products meet specifications
• Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids for production batches
• Support validation processes related to filtration, sterilization, and equipment cleaning
• Handle and dispose of chemicals, solvents, and acids according to safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scientific operations
• Provide onboarding and procedural training support as needed
• Assist supervisors and leads with operational support
• Recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Follow all GMP, housekeeping, and safety policies and procedures
• Work overtime as needed to meet business demandsMinimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma with technical certification and 3 years of laboratory experience
OR
• Associate degree in a scientific discipline with 2–3 years of laboratory experience
OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 1–2 years of laboratory experienceRequired Skills:
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
