This new position at BDO Law LLP will support the Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution team. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in drafting legal documents, managing client interactions, and shaping effective strategies for disputes. The role requires building collaborative relationships across BDO Canada's divisions to drive referrals and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: • Directly communicate with clients for dispute resolutions • Draft legal representations and strategies for disputes • Conduct thorough legal research for Tax matters • Evaluate cases for fee estimates and completion • Mentor junior staff in Tax-related cases

Requirements: • Good standing with Law Society • At least 3 years of relevant Tax law experience • LLM in Taxation or In-Depth Tax Course preferred • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Fluent in English and French is advantageous
